We receive a lot of emails asking about our Saskatchewan made beer. The collection below are the most frequently asked. If you don’t see an answer to a question you have, please feel free to ask us with the form below.

Where did the name come from?
There is a black bridge south of town. It is kind of a local landmark – lots of people get their pictures taken there, etc. It is rumoured to be haunted, and if you grew up in the area you more than likely have been there a few times.
Where can I get your beer?
You can find where our Saskatchewan Made beers are are on tap by clicking our “beer finder”. You can also find our packaged product in liquor stores throughout Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba.
Do you offer tours?
We do offer tours based on demand and depending on how busy we are in the back with brewing, packaging, cleaning, etc. Please contact us to let us know when you would like to have one and for how many people. We will contact you if we are able to accommodate or suggest another day and time.
Is Black Bridge Brewery on social media?
How do you decide on seasonal beer releases?
Our seasonal releases are beers that we are interested in making. We try to incorporate beer styles that are suited for the season we release them in.
How long does it take to make a batch of beer?
Depending on the style – as there are beers that can age for months or longer. Generally speaking though – from brew day to package day about it is about 3 weeks.
How much do you brew at a time?
We have a 20HL (2000 liter) brew house. Which means – we brew 20HL at a time. We can produce up to 5000HL per year.
What are your hours?
Tap Room hours are Thursday and Friday 3 pm-7 pm, and Saturday 12 pm-4 pm. Though we are always here working, there are only certain days we are open to the public.
What is a growler and how long does it last?
A growler is a refillable jug. Once opened, we recommend consuming it within 24 hours, if kept unopened in the fridge, it should be consumed within 3-5 days.
Why don’t you guys sell pints in the Tap Room?
Current government regulations state that we would have to sell food in order to sell pints. You may come in for a sample and purchase off-sale.
Will you ever serve food?
Sorry no. We make beer.
How many people work there?
We have 5 full time staff, and 2 casual staff members for the Tap Room.
Do you have a location in the United States.
No we don’t. That is a different brewery altogether, we are not associated with each other. If you travel and are in the area, go try one of their beers. Black Bridge Brewery in Arizona.
